Automated PDF Invoice Emails via Excel

I need a simple, reliable workflow that lets me trigger Outlook to email invoices automatically based on rows in an Excel sheet. The sheet will already contain all recipient information, file paths, and any text that should appear in the body of the message. Each invoice is already saved as a PDF.

Here’s what I want the finished solution to do:

• Read each active row of my Excel list, pick up the email address, customer name and the matching PDF file location.
• Generate a personalised email in Outlook, attach the correct PDF, and fill in a subject line and body text pulled from the same row (or a common template if that is cleaner).
• Send the message right away—or optionally save it to Drafts if I flip a flag in the spreadsheet.
• Mark the row as “Sent” (date-time stamp) so the same invoice is never mailed twice when I rerun the routine.

I am comfortable keeping everything inside Office 365, so VBA in Excel, a VSTO add-in, or a Power Automate flow are all fine; I just want something that launches with a click and does not stall on security prompts. Please build and test on the current Outlook/Excel desktop versions.

Once delivered I will consider the job done when I can drop your file in my environment, update the folder paths, press the button, and see the emails go out exactly as intended.
