Automate Windows Form Data Entry
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have a repetitive data-entry task inside a Windows-based application that displays its own forms. Each record requires filling several text fields and choosing items from dropdowns. I want a Power Automate Desktop flow that will take care of the entire sequence hands-free, including opening the app, navigating between screens, entering the text, selecting the correct dropdown values, and finally saving or submitting each record.
Relevant details you should know
• Target: native Windows application (not a browser).
• Fields involved: standard text boxes plus dropdown lists; no check boxes this time.
• Data source: I will supply a sample CSV/Excel file from which the bot should read the values before pushing them into the form.
Deliverables
• A PAD .flow file ready to run.
• Clear setup notes: variables, any coordinate selectors, UI element anchors, and how to adjust them if the window position changes.
• Short Loom-style video or screenshots proving the flow completes at least one full record without manual intervention.
Acceptance
The automation must complete 100 consecutive records error-free on my machine; once that test is finished, payment will be released 20 days after delivery to ensure stability in real-world use.
