Automate Tenant Booking Process

Need a Power Automate developer to build an automated tenant booking workflow integrated with Microsoft 365 (Outlook + Calendar) and Twilio SMS. System should: read incoming work order emails/PDFs, extract tenant contact details using AI, check calendar availability, text the tenant to arrange an appointment, auto-book confirmed slots, and notify both the property agent and business owner. Full build spec provided. ~15 jobs/week volume. Budget £400–£600, 2-week timeline. UK-based business (Glasgow) — freelancer can be remote
