Automate Teams Transcript to SharePoint
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need two Microsoft 365 automations, with the first one taking priority.
1. Daily Teams transcript archival
• Build a Power Automate flow that calls Microsoft Graph API, pulls every new meeting’s transcript once it becomes available, and drops the .vtt/.txt file into a designated SharePoint document library.
• All configuration has to stay inside the tenant; no third-party connectors or premium licences beyond the standard Graph/Power Automate limits.
2. PowerApps clean-up
• After the transcript flow is proven reliable, export (msapp) backups of unused PowerApps, store them in SharePoint, and then remove the apps from the environment. A brief summary report of what was backed up and deleted should be generated.
