Automate SharePoint Record Creation

I need a Power Automate flow in Office 365 to streamline adding records to a SharePoint list.

Requirements:
- Trigger: On receiving an email with a JSON file attachment.
- Action: Add a record to a SharePoint list with fields from the JSON.
- If no JSON attachment, ignore the email.
- If multiple JSON files, only process the first.
- If JSON has errors, send a notification.
