Automate SQL-Term Store Sync
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I want a Power Automate cloud flow that copies the values held in our on-premises SQL Server table “Project Number” into the SharePoint Online Term Store. Only that table is in scope—no other customer, product, or order data.
The flow must:
• Connect through the on-prem Data Gateway to read the Project Number table. (Already DONE)
• Create, update, or deprecate terms so the Term Store mirrors the current SQL list.
• Run automatically once every 24 hours without manual intervention.
Please build and test the flow in my tenant, document the configuration steps, and give me a quick guide for future maintenance. Successful delivery is a working scheduled sync plus the hand-off notes so I can import or re-create the solution in another environment if needed.
