Automate Excel Payment Reminders
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have an Excel 365 sheet holding fewer than 36 future payment dates. I need a simple, reliable way to:
• read each row,
• create a matching event in my Outlook Calendar, and
• trigger an automatic email to the debtor about one to two days before each due date.
A lightweight VBA macro, Power Automate flow, or other Outlook-friendly script is fine—as long as it runs locally from my Windows desktop, pulls the data with no manual copy-paste, and lets me tweak the advance-notice interval later if required.
Please deliver a working file or script with brief setup instructions and a short test to show the appointments and emails firing correctly.
