Automate Employee & Inventory Workflows
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to streamline two critical yet time-consuming workflows in our corporate office—employee management and inventory tracking—using the tools we already rely on in Microsoft Office Suite.
For employee management, I need clean, connected processes that cover onboarding data capture, leave tracking, and periodic performance record updates, all anchored in Excel or Access and, where sensible, surfaced through Outlook or Teams notifications. On the inventory side, the goal is live stock visibility, low-stock alerts, and simple reorder logging, again without leaving the Office ecosystem.
If you can design robust VBA macros, Power Query/Power Pivot models, or even leverage Power Automate flows to tie everything together, you’re exactly who I’m looking for. Clear documentation and a short hand-off session will complete the engagement so our in-house admin team can maintain what you build.
To make acceptance straightforward:
• Both solutions must run end-to-end with no third-party add-ins.
• Data entry forms should validate inputs and prevent duplicates.
• Dashboards must refresh in one click (or automatically) and display real-time status.
I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the best approach and timeline.
