Automate Childcare Debt Tracking Dashboard
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I keep two Excel workbooks that record every parent payment for my childcare centre, yet each week I still find myself manually hunting for rising balances. I want to replace that manual check with a small Robotic Process Automation (RPA) flow that:
• pulls the two spreadsheets,
• tracks weekly changes in payment amounts, payment dates and outstanding debt, and
• posts the results to a simple dashboard so I can spot any increase at a glance.
What I need from you is both the working automation and the know-how. Please build the RPA script in the tool of your choice—UiPath, Power Automate, or another mainstream platform is fine—then walk me through the setup step-by-step. A short screen-share session plus a concise reference guide (PDF or video) will be perfect so I can maintain or tweak the flow later.
Acceptance criteria
1. The bot runs on demand and can be scheduled weekly.
2. The dashboard clearly highlights any rise in outstanding debt compared with the previous week.
3. No manual data copying; everything is picked straight from the existing Excel files.
4. I can reroute the data source locations or add new spreadsheets without rewriting the whole flow.
All existing files are ready to share as soon as we agree on the approach, and I’m happy to test iteratively with you.
