Automate Branded Survey PDF Report

I already have a Microsoft Forms survey collecting responses and a finished design mock-up of the client-facing report. What I now need is a repeatable way to turn each new set of survey answers into a polished PDF that mirrors that design every time.

Here’s what matters:
• The report must be generated in PDF format, matching the existing layout exactly.
• All branding—logo placement, colour scheme and chosen fonts—has to be preserved so nothing strays from the style guide.
• Inside the report, I want the data presented through clean charts and graphs alongside short narrative summaries that interpret the findings.

I’m open to whatever toolchain is fastest and most reliable—Power Automate, a Word template with dynamic fields, an Excel-to-PDF routine, or a lightweight Python script that taps the Forms API. As long as the process runs automatically once a new response lands in the Forms spreadsheet (or on a button press) and spits out the ready-to-send PDF, I’m happy.
