merging rows in Postgresql database

we exported biblliometric data from several commercial databases (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_Abstracts_Service ; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopus ; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_of_Science ; etc) in a UTF8 cvs format WITH THE SAME COLUMNS.
