Zabbix PostgreSQL Upgrade & TimescaleDB Integration + Nautobot Container Troubleshooting

I have two small Linux troubleshooting tasks that need to be completed:

Zabbix PostgreSQL Upgrade & TimescaleDB Integration:

Upgrade PostgreSQL on a bare-metal Zabbix server.
Integrate TimescaleDB with Zabbix to optimize performance for large datasets.
Ensure Zabbix is correctly connected to the upgraded PostgreSQL instance and that TimescaleDB is properly configured.

Nautobot Container Troubleshooting:

Add Celery to the existing Nautobot Docker container to enable background task processing.
Investigate and resolve the issue causing the Nautobot container to crash approximately every hour.
Ensure the container runs smoothly and performs reliably.
