1. WhatsApp Bot (primary channel)
- WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta) integration
- Conversational flow: multi-step onboarding, listing creation, booking confirmation
- Voice note receive + forward to ASR API (we provide the API key)
- Image receive + upload to AWS S3
- Location pin receive + store coordinates
- UPI payment link generation via Razorpay API
- Message template management (approved templates)
- Webhook handler for incoming messages
2. Backend (Node.js or Python FastAPI)
- REST API for bot + web app
- PostgreSQL database (listings, users, bookings, trust scores)
- Redis for session/state management
- Aadhaar eKYC webhook integration (we provide vendor API)
- Razorpay payment + escrow + payout integration
- Admin moderation panel (flag/approve/reject listings)
- Basic trust score calculator logic (formula provided by us)
3. Web App (Next.js or React)
- Public listing catalog (search by location + category)
- Mobile-first, PWA-compatible
