UPI Payment Django App Development

I'm looking for an experienced Django developer to create a web application that allows merchants to accept UPI payments through dynamic QR codes. The app should have real-time transaction tracking and webhook-based status updates, similar to UPIGateway and UPI Tez.

Key Features:
- Checkout & Order Module: Create orders, calculate totals, and generate dynamic QR codes with amount and order ID.
- QR Rendering: Embed QR code images and implement polling or socket updates for payment status.
- Webhook Handler: Validate and update order statuses through webhook callbacks.
- Admin Dashboard: Monitor orders and payment statuses with filter/search capabilities.
- API Integration Layer: Service layer to interact with the UPI API provider.

Tech Stack:
- Backend: Django, DRF if needed
- Frontend: Django templates with jQuery or standard HTML/CSS/JS
- Database: PostgreSQL or your preference
- Deployment: Docker on AWS/GCP/Heroku
- Security: HTTPS, webhook signature validation, secure key management

The project needs to be completed ASAP. Ideal candidates should have:
- Strong experience with Django and webhooks
- Familiarity with payment processing and QR code generation
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and cloud deployment
