Twilio, NextJS, Postgresql, Tailwind

We are looking for someone to prototype an app, ideally programmer with experience with Twilio services, Nextjs and hopefully Postgres/supabase

Please quote your true hourly rate and your time zone

Note we don't want to run a fixed price project

We require you to
- Work with designer and team to deliver the prototype
- Agree to assign all/any IP developed
- Commit to GitHub on a regular basis
- Comment your code
- Communicate with team on Slack daily
