Social media/marketplace for artists

I am looking for a freelancer to finish developing my platform for visual artists. It is about 80% done and the only features that need to be added are a checkout function and contests. We don't have cash to offer, but equity instead. Should we continue to grow, we will attract the attention of VCs and we will offer a salary of up to $300K to you, plus equity.
