Service Booking Web App

I need a full-stack developer to build a service-based booking application that runs in the browser. The core stack should be React for the front-end and Node.js with Express for the server, backed by a relational database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) or MongoDB if you can justify the schema fit.

The web app must let customers browse available services, pick a time slot, and confirm the booking with email/SMS notifications. An admin dashboard is also required to manage service listings, calendars, and user accounts.

Because the first release targets the Web only, please optimise for responsive design so we can port the same codebase to iOS and Android later with React Native or similar. Clean REST (or GraphQL) APIs, JWT-based auth, and Git-controlled source code are expected.

• React SPA with routing, state management and mobile-friendly UI
• Node/Express API with complete booking logic and secure authentication
• Database schema & migration scripts
• Admin dashboard and basic analytics (daily bookings, revenue)
• Deployment instructions and a short screen-share walkthrough for hand-off

Quality code, clear commits, and the ability to demo a working MVP within the agreed timeline will be the main acceptance criteria.
