Senior Node.js (Nest.js) Developer

we are looking to hire 5 Senior Node.js (Nest.js) Developers this summer to work with large scale product - WorkAxle - workaxle.com.

This is a big project which has been constantly developed since 2017. We started as a startup and reached the Enterprise level from 2020 with onboarding 20k users customer.

We shifted focus completely to the new enterprise clients onboarding with new features development. In the meantime, we’re refactoring of the older codebase written in Ruby to the microservices architecture in Node.js + Nest.js + Apollo GraphQL.

That’s why it’s vital to have strong commercial experience with Nest.js and ability to manage complex queries in PostgreSQL/Sequeze (native SQL queries, understanding different types of JOIN records, prefetching, calculation transactions with Unions etc.) to work with data, including writing tests.

You will join a highly organized team of 25 professionals with processes and infrastructure management polished to the level you enjoy pure engineering experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
— Node.js / Nest.js 5+ years of commercial experience
— TypeScript, 1+ years of commercial experience
— GraphQL and Apollo commercial experience
— PostgreSQL
— Testing with Jest (Unit, integrating, mocking, and faking)
— Git flow
— Intermediate+ English level
— Teamwork and Excellent communication/cooperation;

Will be a plus:
— Redis
— Bull and async queues
