Senior Backend / Full Stack Engineer (Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, VPS Deployment)
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Backend / Full Stack System Architect with real production experience.
This is NOT a feature-based task role.
We need someone who has designed, built, optimized, and deployed scalable backend systems handling real users and real traffic.

What You Will Build
High-concurrency REST APIs
Distributed background job systems
Scalable backend infrastructure
Optimized database architecture
Dockerized production deployments on VPS
End-to-end system design (Architecture → DB → Backend → Deployment)
You must be comfortable shipping production systems independently.
Required Infrastructure Experience
You MUST have hands-on experience with:
VPS Server Management (Linux)
Hostinger VPS or similar cloud servers
Docker production builds
Reverse proxy configuration (NGINX / Caddy)
Server optimization & monitoring
Resource scaling (Vertical & Horizontal)
Responsibilities
Design backend systems capable of handling thousands of concurrent users
Optimize database performance under load
Implement caching strategies using Redis
Build and manage async queue workers using BullMQ
Prevent bottlenecks and scaling failures
Own deployment and production stability
Coordinate closely with our software development team and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth integration and delivery
Ownership mindset is mandatory.
