SaaS CRM Web App Development
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
We are team of 3 developers trying to build a CRM web app which would be a SaaS application.
Tech Stack-
Frontend: React
Backend: Django REST Framework
Database: Postgres + Redis
Deployment/ Cloud Hosting: Own Server/ Digital Ocean
Points to consider-
1. CRM itself is application for now. In future, there could be more applications like Finance, Campaigns, etc could be added into this.
2. Clearly separate each module separately yet easy to implement and connect with each other. So that the development process would be easier. The worklfow would be same as modern CRM applications and more inspired from Zoho.
3. There will be a Role based Authentication system.
4. This product will have Multi-Tenant Isolation.
5. Each modules could be disabled or enabled as per client subscription. Something like Zoho One
6. A superadmin interface so that when we sell this app, we have an superadmin control but each client app is isolated and they have their own admin page.
7. This product shall be sellable in future.
