i need a web plTFORM WHEREIN THE user authenticates with the existing policy no and OTP is sent for mobile verification.
Any concerns or the grievance of the user can be posted in audio notes (2 mnts) or via mail.
The mail/audio(in local language) is supposed to be parsed in normal text (english) language and mail be sent to the specified mail ids - depending on whether its Policy related./claim related / grievance related issues.
The unique tkt id shud get generated for future usage - (Tktid - Mobile no) would be the uniqur field for future reference.
