Postgres Database Movement

I need help moving our Postgres database. I'm looking for an expert who can assist us in this task.

I have Postgres(8.4.2) database running on A server; I have to install other instance of Postgres version 9.2 on this server; and Move database from B server (it's related to Postgres 9.2) and upload into A server-psql9.2
