PostgreSQL consultant, hourly payment -- 2

We are looking for someone to help us with building a PostgreSQL database:
importing csv, merging duplicates, sorting and creating row labels in real time via TeamViewer or its equivalent.
Our workhours are 8 AM to 6 PM NYST. If you can work on weekends , it would be a big plus
