NodeJS LMS & Mobile Apps

My goal is learning doing practicals doing this project.
My cost is 25 USD , candidate needs to explain the flow that are being made , you may use AI if you want , i am looking at having all the dots connected.
I already have an AWS account and want to turn this into a full learning exercise by building a small-scale Learning Management System. The stack is fixed: NodeJS micro-services, PostgreSQL for persistence, Redis for caching/queueing, all containerised and deployed on AWS. Keycloak must handle authentication and authorisation, enforcing separate roles for students, instructors and administrators.
Core features are limited on purpose—user access, course content management and progress tracking/reporting—so the focus stays on clean architecture and code clarity rather than breadth. A minimalistic interface is preferred everywhere; the mobile companion (Android and iOS) should expose the same three features with a consistent look and feel.
To be truly useful as a study project I need everything documented: how the services talk to each other, how Keycloak is wired in, and how the whole stack is reproduced from scratch in my AWS account.
Deliverables
• Containerised backend micro-services (NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis) deployed to my AWS account
• Keycloak configured with three roles and JWT-based access for all endpoints
• REST (or GraphQL if you prefer) endpoints covering authentication, course CRUD, enrolment and progress submission/reporting
• Minimalistic Android & iOS app (React Native, Flutter or similar) consuming those endpoints
• Infrastructure scripts / templates plus a clear README so I can redeploy and iterate independently
Acceptance is simple: I can clone the repo, follow your README, run a one-line deploy, sign in as each role and complete a demo course on both mobile platforms while watching progress update in the database.
