Project is to visualise a geographically local phylogenetic tree (under 2000 taxa - database ready from source:https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/taxonomy/advanced)
Recommend best method of storage and visualisation plan (considering the opensource taxonomy retrieval method to PostgreSQL/PostGIS database and visualisation to finished HTML product - https://github.com/damiendevienne/Lifemap - http://lifemap.univ-lyon1.fr/) where adding metadata to nodes (image and text) is also considered.
