Project Overview

We are building a Smart Google Review Management System that uses QR codes to help businesses collect more positive Google reviews while capturing negative feedback privately.

When a customer scans a QR code:

4–5 rating → Redirect to Google Review page

1–3 rating → Private feedback form

This is an MVP SaaS product, designed to be scalable for future features like AI sentiment analysis and white-labeling.
