Full-Stack Developer Needed to Finish HubSpot + PandaDoc + Bill.com + Motion Integration

We need a developer to finish an existing workflow inside our app.

We already have most of the system built. The job is to connect and complete the flow between:
• Our system
• HubSpot
• PandaDoc
• Bill.com
• Motion
• Resend / Quo

What should happen

What should happen

When an admin creates a proposal in our app, the system should:
1. Search HubSpot for the matching contact and deal
2. If they do not exist, create them
3. Add the proposal items as line items on the HubSpot deal
4. Create an e-sign proposal in PandaDoc
5. Create an invoice in Bill.com
6. Create the customer/contact records in PandaDoc and Bill.com if needed
7. Send the customer the PandaDoc link and Bill.com payment link:
• by email through Resend if we have an email address
• by text through Quo if we only have a phone number
8. When the Bill.com invoice is paid:
• send the customer to onboarding
• create their account / organization in our system
• create a project in Motion

What’s already done
• Most of the app is already built
• This project is about finishing and connecting the remaining pieces
• We estimate it is about 80% complete

• work quickly
• understand API integrations
• connect existing logic cleanly
• test the full workflow end to end
• fix edge cases and make it reliable
