Turkish Senior React + Node Developer for an AI EdTech Platform (Türkiye only)
ReadMate is an adaptive English reading platform for schools, running as a Teknokent R&D project. The MVP works. We need a senior developer to extend it and take it to production.
Stack: React, Node.js / Express, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, LLM (AI) integration.
Scope of work:
Extend the existing React + Node/Express + Postgres codebase
Build out AI features: on-demand text simplification and an end-of-book AI debate tutor
Harden the platform for school deployment: role-based access across six user types, analytics dashboards, testing, CI/CD

You must have:
5+ years of senior-level React and Node.js/Express work
Strong PostgreSQL schema design and query optimisation
Hands-on LLM API integration (not just calling an endpoint once)
A record of shipping and maintaining live products, not prototypes
Hard requirement: you must be a Turkish citizen or resident. This project runs under Teknokent R&D rules, which require Turkish personnel. Remote from anywhere in Türkiye. Turkish and English required.
Bonus: EdTech background, KVKK compliance, EBA/MEB integration, PWA/offline.
