The platform will enable end-users to create accounts and interact with structured multi-step flows, while business/admin users manage a live dashboard and customer interactions.
Essential Features:
User Application
Secure sign-up/login (email/mobile, OTP or password)
Browse/select business locations and services
Start/join a service session or digital “ticket” and track their progress
Receive real-time status updates and basic notifications (push/SMS preferred)
Session completion feedback/rating
Admin/Owner Dashboard
Admin registration/login
Create/manage sessions and view real-time customer/service status
Manual add/edit of customer sessions
Status updates, basic analytics dashboard, and export capability
Technical Notes:
Stack: Node.js (TypeScript), Express, PostgreSQL, React (web and/or mobile), real-time communication (e.g., Socket.io)
Authentication: Firebase Auth or JWT/OAuth
Notifications: SMS/Push preferable
Hosted/Cloud deployment (AWS/Heroku/Render/Supabase/etc.)
