Custom NocoDB Recruiting Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m putting together a recruiting platform that connects NocoDB’s spreadsheet-style interface with a PostgreSQL ba.
What I already have in mind
• NocoDB will be the only front-end my recruiters see, so the tables, views and layouts have to feel as natural as a spreadsheet.
• PostgreSQL is the single source of truth underneath it all; every field defined in NocoDB must map cleanly to a well-designed schema.
• Core modules are Candidate management, Job requirement tracking and Client management. They should come pre-configured with sensible relationships, lookups and status pipelines so my team can hit the ground running.
• Team members will start with read-only access. Granular role definitions and row-level security in both NocoDB and PostgreSQL must enforce that rule without exception.
What I need from you
1. Design or fine-tune the PostgreSQL schema to support those three modules, including indexes and constraints for integrity and performance.
2. Spin up or connect NocoDB, import that schema and configure the UI—views, filters, Kanban or gallery modes—so non-technical recruiters instantly “get it.”
3. Set up authentication and the role that provides read-only visibility across the platform. Future roles (edit-limited, admin, etc.) should be easy for me to add later.
4. Walk me through the finished setup and deliver concise documentation so I can maintain or extend it.
Future-proofing matters to me: before closing the project I’d like a brief roadmap outlining how the same architecture could bolt on outreach tools, analytics dashboards or automation workflows when we’re ready.
If you’ve wired NocoDB to PostgreSQL before—or built low-code recruiting stacks in Airtable, Retool, Supabase, etc.—you should feel right at home. Let’s get this live quickly and cleanly.
