Constructing a SQL Query

I have a database where we have information about tickets created. We also have addresses activated. Sometimes it happens that when an address is active, we have problems in the connection that leads to the raise of a ticket. So, I need to be able to calculate all the tickets that where created X days after an activation in the same group.
