Configure Two-Server Odoo 19 Stack

Job ID: 40537208

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m purchasing two fresh machines—one dedicated to the Odoo application layer, the other to PostgreSQL—and will manage them through Cloudpepper. Both boxes need Ubuntu installed and the disks combined in a RAID 1 mirror before anything else happens.

Once the base is ready, the database server must run PostgreSQL with pgbouncer properly tuned for Odoo 19 Community Edition. The application server will host a completely vanilla build of Odoo 19; I don’t want any extra modules or custom themes added at this stage.

Each of my two companies will be reached through its own domain name, so the web layer (Nginx or an equivalent reverse proxy) has to route traffic cleanly to the correct Odoo database. SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt or a similar authority should be in place so both sites load securely.

Deliverables
• RAID 1 configured and verified on both servers
• Ubuntu LTS fully patched and secured
• PostgreSQL + pgbouncer installed and tuned for Odoo
• Vanilla Odoo 19 CE running on the app server and pointing to the pooled database
• Two separate domains resolving to their respective company databases over HTTPS
• Clear deployment notes or an Ansible/automation script so I can reproduce the build if needed

Everything should be handed over tested, documented, and ready for production use.
