Comprehensive Laravel HRMS Development
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m planning to launch a full-featured HRMS built with Laravel that covers the daily needs of a growing in-house team. At its core the platform must deliver three working modules from day one: Employee Management (profiles, departments, lifecycle events), precise Attendance Tracking (clock-in/out, leave requests, calendar view), and an intuitive Payroll Management dashboard that turns attendance data into ready-to-export payslips.
Role-based access is essential. Administrators should see and do everything, Managers will oversee only their direct reports, and Employees will access their own data and requests. Please structure policies and middleware accordingly so each screen loads only what the current role is permitted to view.
The site also has to play nicely with the tools we already use. I need clean, well-documented APIs or webhooks that let us push pay-run numbers to our accounting system, sync basic employee data with an external HR suite, and pull project codes or time entries from our project-management tool. If you lean on Laravel Sanctum or Passport for token management, even better.
Core expectations
• Fresh Laravel install, latest LTS version, backed by a MySQL or PostgreSQL schema that can scale.
• Responsive Blade or Inertia.js front-end; feel free to suggest Vue or React if that speeds delivery.
• Migrations, seeders, and unit tests for each critical model, especially anything payroll-related.
• Clear setup instructions so I can run “php artisan migrate --seed” and be onboarding users within minutes.
Let me know your estimated timeline, any starter templates or packages you’d propose, and a brief note on how you’d secure role permissions and external integrations. I’m ready to move quickly once we lock in scope.
