Complete Real Estate CRM Scraper

I have a nearly finished, desktop-focused real-estate CRM and prospecting tool that I built for my own use. The design, layout, and most of the functionality are already in place—everything lives in a Next.js / React front-end with a Node.js scraper layer and a PostgreSQL/PostGIS database.
