Complete Next.js Backend Integrations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My Next.js site is already live in a staging environment and is sitting at the “almost-there” point; what’s missing is the last slice of back-end work. I need a developer who is comfortable jumping into an existing Node.js + PostgreSQL codebase and taking it over the finish line.
At this stage the front-end and data models are stable, migrations are done, and most routes are wired. What I’m looking for is the implementation of the remaining core services:
• Robust user authentication (email / password flow, JWT handling, session expiry, secure password reset).
• A handful of external API integrations that feed data into our existing tables and expose new endpoints to the React components.
Everything sits in a private GitHub repo with a clean commit history and README-level setup instructions (Docker for local dev, dotenv for secrets). You’ll work on a dedicated branch, open a PR, and I’ll review and merge.
Acceptance is straightforward: all existing Jest tests must pass, new features need their own coverage, and the deployed staging build should behave exactly as outlined above without breaking current functionality.
