We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer or team to build a modern, cloud-ready insurance platform tailored for carriers and brokers across the United States and Canada. This comprehensive application will feature an automated Claims Processing System with secure document uploads and fraud detection, a robust Policy Management System handling billing, renewals, and reporting, and a highly responsive web and mobile Customer Portal built with React and React Native. The backend must run on Node.js with Express, utilizing a relational SQL database fully compliant with North American insurance regulations and connected via clean REST APIs. To successfully complete this project, the chosen freelancer must deliver a fully functional staging environment, lint-clean source code in a CI-enabled Git repository, reproducible database migration scripts, and complete documentation, including a short setup walkthrough video.
