Build a Production-Ready Collaborative Task Manager (React, Node.js, TypeScript, Socket.io)

I am looking for an experienced Full-Stack JavaScript/TypeScript developer to build a production-ready Collaborative Task Manager web application.

This project is part of a technical engineering assessment, so clean architecture, code quality, real-time functionality, testing, and proper deployment are mandatory. This is not a basic demo project.

Key Requirements:

Frontend: React (Vite or Next.js Pages Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js + Express (TypeScript) with service-repository architecture

Authentication: Secure user registration/login with JWT and password hashing

Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB using Prisma or Mongoose

Real-Time: Socket.io for live task updates and assignment notifications

State Management: React Query or SWR

Forms & Validation: React Hook Form with Zod/Yup

Testing: Minimum 3 backend unit tests using Jest

Deployment: Frontend on Vercel/Netlify and Backend + DB on Render/Railway

Features to Include:

User authentication and profile management

Full CRUD operations for tasks

Task assignment and real-time updates

User dashboard (assigned tasks, created tasks, overdue tasks)

Filtering and sorting of tasks

Responsive UI for desktop and mobile

Deliverables:

Public GitHub repository with clean commit history

Live deployed frontend and backend URLs

Detailed README with setup instructions, API documentation, and architecture explanation
