Azure App Service Private Endpoint Fix

Job ID: 40066561

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

My production site is currently offline after I tweaked the PostgreSQL connection strings, and the app can no longer reach the database. I have the snapshot ID of working one you just need to replace and deloiver the requirements below. I need an Azure specialist who can jump in immediately, restore connectivity, and put the right networking pieces in place so this never happens again.

The root symptom is clear: database connectivity issues on the App Service side. I have already confirmed that the problem began right after I modified the connection strings, so the focus is on the VNet/Private Endpoint path rather than application code.

Scope of work (completion required within the next 8 hours):

• Create a dedicated subnet named appservice-subnet in the existing VNet
• Enable and verify VNet Integration on the App Service, pointing it to that subnet
• Update DATABASE_URL to use the private-DNS-zone hostname rather than the public FQDN
• Confirm the App Service can reach the PostgreSQL Flexible Server via its Private Endpoint
• Start the application, ensure it boots without errors, run all pending migrations, and validate that the health-check endpoints respond 200 OK
• Provide a concise summary report outlining each change you made in the portal, CLI, or ARM/Bicep scripts

Acceptance is met once the production site loads normally, the health check is green, and I can see successful connections in the database logs.

Everything must be completed today as this is a high-priority, production-down incident.

I have added logs for you to be able to see and understand the situation better.
