Keeping web clients/indexedDB in continuous (real-time) sync with PostgreSQL server/backend database

From our understanding, one solution could be to use a FDW - Foreign Data Wrapper for PostgreSQL - for indexedDB.
Alternatively, propose an alternative solution of your choice.
One such alternative solution could maybe be to use e.g. RxDB with an adapter for PostgreSQL (if possible).
