Project Title: Configure PostgreSQL Server to Accelerate Export of 50MB-sized XML Files

Requirements:
- The client requires assistance in configuring their PostgreSQL Server to optimize the export process of XML files.
- The current size of the XML files is up to 50MB.
- The client is flexible with the timeframe for completing the project.
- The client's PostgreSQL Server version is 13.13 dev for development and 13.12 prod for production.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in configuring PostgreSQL Server for optimized performance.
- Expertise in handling XML data and exporting it efficiently.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL Server versions 13.13 dev and 13.12 prod.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving any potential issues that may arise during the configuration process.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the client and provide updates on the progress of the project.

General circumstances:
the data export is sheduled by a bash script which has several steps for exporting the data. Our dev-environment is nearly identical to the prod system. We start with the test system and when we see accelerations we take these information to accelerate the productive system afterwoods.
Currently the VMs work with 8GB Memory and 4 CPUs. We can double the memory and maybe CPU-Quantity if needed but the goal is to use the recources more efficiently.
