Secure IT Infrastructure Setup

I'm looking for an experienced IT professional to implement a secure, centralized IT infrastructure using my existing Dell PowerEdge R320 and R210 servers. The system will support 5 laptops and should include:

- Centralized Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- In-house web hosting
- Self-hosted email system using Postfix with Dovecot
- Document Management System (DMS) of your recommendation
- Multi-layer backup solution
- Lowest possible monthly operating cost

Preferred Operating System: Windows Server

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows Server
- Experience with Postfix and Dovecot
- Knowledge in setting up RDS, web hosting, and DMS (OwnCloud, NextCloud, or SharePoint)
- Strong backup and security implementation skills
- Cost-effective solution design
