Workshop Poster & Promo Video
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a pair of promotional assets—a static poster and a short video—to publicise an upcoming workshop aimed at the general public.
Poster
• Formats: 1080 × 1080 px and 1080 × 1920 px, suitable for Instagram feed and story.
• Brand colours: light blue and white only.
• Must clearly show the workshop’s date, time, venue, topic, and a live registration link.
• Please add our logo and keep layout clean enough to read on a phone screen.
Video
• Length: 30-45 seconds.
• Style: energetic and dynamic, with copyright-free music.
• Include animated text call-outs for the same key details as the poster, plus quick cuts of workshop material footage (I’ll supply raw clips).
• Overlay our logo throughout and end on contact information and the registration link.
Deliverables
1. Two final poster JPG/PNG files plus original layered source (PSD/AI).
2. One HD video (MP4, 1080 × 1920) plus project file (Pr/Ae or equivalent).
3. All assets delivered within 7 days of kickoff.
I’ll provide logos, colour codes, and raw video snippets on award. Let me know if you prefer Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or another tool set—just keep files fully editable. Looking forward to a polished pair of visuals that capture attention fast.
