E-Poster highlighting the features and benefits of a Top Talent Learning Program

I need one poster that I want to circulate to all the Top Talent employees identified last year within the organization. The poster needs to communicate the benefits available to the Top Talent employees on the benefits in enrolling for any Learning Program / Certification / Subscription of their choice. The last date to claim the reimbursements is 30th April 2023 and we see the coverage very low. We have sent across various emails highlighting the benefits, however we realized that employees don't read the content. Hence, I want to send out something highlighting the same points in a pictorial, eye-catching manner that instantly attracts the eye of the employees. It can be a Powerpoint Slide, Poster etc..

Below are the points I wish to communicate:

1) All Top Talent (TT) employees can claim unto INR 28K ($375) which is INR 13K ($175) more than the normal reimbursement policy of INR 15K ($200) available to all other employees to enroll for courses of their choice.
2) Recommended platforms for considering courses can be Udemy, Edx, O'Reilly, Coursera etc..
3) Top Talent Employees can choose between Technical Courses / Certifications / Technical Magazine Subscriptions.
4) Reimbursements to be claimed on or before 30th April'2023. Please enroll at the earliest and don't wait till the last moment.
5) You may consult your Line Manager, Learning Partner & Unit Head HR's for any guidance or information.
