Ongoing Graphic Designer for Indiepalooza Music Brand (PSD Workflow Required)
Budget: $10 – $16 USD
We run a UK live music brand called Indiepalooza (www.indiepalooza.co.uk).
We are looking for a reliable graphic designer for ongoing monthly work.
Minimum 10 hours per month. 1-month trial to start.
Hourly rate: $10 – $16, depending on experience and speed.
You MUST use software that supports fully layered PSD files (Photoshop, Affinity, Photopea or similar).
Final files must be delivered as fully layered, editable PSD files.
The Work
1. Re-create our main Indiepalooza poster from scratch in your software.
2. Frequent 24–48 hour turnaround resizing tasks:
* Taking existing posters
* Resizing into multiple new dimensions
* Maintaining layout quality
* Preparing web and print versions
3. Ongoing creative poster development and brand refinement.
Requirements
* Must deliver fully layered PSD files
* Editable text layers (not flattened)
* All fonts included or specified
* Linked assets packaged
* Full commercial rights transferred to us
* Reliable communication
* 24–48 hour turnaround on small tasks
No timezone overlap required. Delivery speed matters more than working hours.
IMPORTANT – Micro Test Task Required
Before selection, you will complete a small paid test task.
We will provide:
* Existing Indiepalooza poster
* Email brief outlining required resize formats
You will:
* Resize poster into required formats
* Maintain quality and composition
* Deliver layered PSD files
This test filters for speed, detail and layout skill.
Please confirm in your application:
1. What software you use
2. That you can export fully layered PSD files
3. That you accept the test task
4. Your turnaround time for 3 resizes
Applications without these answers will not be considered.
