Need information on day to day updates in various cities of country for my city update based mobile application

I need a creative poster designer who can create creative posters based on the script i give. This is for marketing a social media application in platforms like insta, fb and twitter.

I will provide the script, mostly political in nature. Creator need to create poster which look unique, attractive and appealing having potential to make user share them and also drive good traffic through meta ad manager as well.

I need around 30 posters a month.
