Creative Magical Witch-themed Party Designer

Project Brief – Birthday Party Design
We are looking for a creative freelancer to design a large banner and a set of posters/photos for a themed birthday party.

Goal
We want to Photoshop pictures of a person into a fun, magical witches theme for a fake birthday celebration (turning 143 years old). The atmosphere should be funny, uplifting, and festive bit also scary or dark. Dark humor is also appreciated. You’ll receive a set of high resolution photo’s of the subject, you can choose what to incorporate.

Important Explanation (Theme)
In Western culture, a “witch” is often shown as:
• Wearing a pointy black hat
• Flying on a broomstick
• Reading from a spell book
• Surrounded by sparkles, stars, or glowing smoke

Deliverables
1. Banners
• Size: 217 x 75 cm (including 10 mm bleed)
• Quantity: 2 versions
• Focus:
o The fake age 143 years must be central and very bold
o Style: CCCP propaganda + witch theme blended (big red star, bold colors, magical accents)
o Easy to read from far away, festive but powerful
2. Posters (A2)
• Size: Standard A2
• Quantity: 5 versions

Poster Concepts

1. Flying on the Broomstick
• The person is flying on a broom through the air.
• Expression: happy, playful (maybe waving or laughing).
• Background could be a moon, night sky with stars, or something colorful.
• Should feel fun and energetic, not dark.
2. Magic from the Hands
• The person holds both hands forward/upward, with magical light, sparkles, or colorful smoke coming out.
• Can look like casting a spell or throwing glittery magic.
• Bright colors (purple, gold, green) to make it look festive.
3. Reading from a Spell Book
• The person is holding a large old spell book, open in front of them.
• Magical light, floating letters, or sparkles coming out of the pages.
• Expression: curious, excited, maybe surprised by the magic.
4. Mixing Magic Potions
• The person is holding a set of bottles/flasks with glowing colorful liquids.
• One potion is fizzing, bubbling, or even floating mid-air.
• Expression: playful, like they just created something surprising.
5. Mixing Magic Potions (CCCP style)
• The witch is dressed as a Soviet officer, servant of the Red Army.
• Holding bottles/flasks with glowing red-star potions.
• One potion bubbles or floats mid-air as a symbol of Soviet power.
• Expression: serious and proud, like a loyal soldier-witch.

Output Requirements
* Print-ready high-resolution files (CMYK + bleed) for all banners and posters
* Source files in photoshop or illustrator

Style Notes
Propaganda poster look: bold lines, strong poses, limited but striking color palette (red, black, gold, maybe a bit of green/purple for magic)
Humor and exaggeration are key
The number 143 must always be clearly visible (especially on banners, not mandatory on posters)
