Self-Tape Setup Coaching Videos
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I’m putting together a practical course that helps actors nail the technical and the mindset side of self-taping. I will provide filmed content but I need a creator who can edit and produce a series of short, engaging video tutorials that cover:
• Prep of script and character work
Camera set up and line learning cheats
• simple stress free Lighting setup with less emphasis on backgrounds
• Clean, consistent sound recording with budget-friendly gear
use of a teleprompter and the skills it requires to deliver a seemless performance without ever dropping a line.
• mindset and performance tips that keep self-esteem up and burnout low
how to edit and film an ident to be memorable to the viewer
share your creative essence above all else
Each video will be one of these steps towards a ompleted tape and will run between 5-10 minutes, be shot in HD, and include on-screen demonstrations, voice-over guidance, and any supporting PDFs or gear checklists referenced in the video. Organize the content in logical chapters so I can package it easily on a course platform later.
The tone must be friendly, encouraging, and actor-focused, with clear step-by-step instructions. If you have samples of previous educational videos, please include them so I can get a feel for your style.
Let’s give performers the confidence to create professional-looking self-tapes from home.
