Production for welding electrode

I'm looking for a freelancer to produce a general-purpose welding electrode. The freelancer will also determine the required specifications and chemical composition of the welding electrode. The quantity needed is in excess of 5000. The successful freelancer must have experience working with welding electrodes and should be comfortable producing them at this high quantity.
