Mental Health Video Content Creation
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m launching a new series that tackles mental health topics in an informative, educational way. Each episode will be a straight-to-camera monologue, so the viewer feels as if they’re having a one-on-one conversation. I have plenty of ideas but need a creative partner who can turn them into polished video content—everything from refining the talking points to adding the visuals, graphics, captions, and music that keep an online audience engaged and supported.
What I already have
• Topic outlines and research references for anxiety, self-care, and coping strategies
• Basic recording equipment and a quiet home studio
Where I need you
• Shape my raw notes into concise, supportive scripts that stay clinically accurate yet easy to digest
• Coach me on delivery, framing, lighting, and sound so the monologue feels warm and professional
• Handle full post-production (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—your call): colour correction, lower-thirds, subtle motion graphics, subtitles, and final export optimised for YouTube, Instagram Reels.
• Suggest thumbnails, titles, and descriptions that boost click-through while remaining respectful of the subject matter
Deliverables per video
1. Final 3–6 minute MP4 in 1080p and vertical-format cutdown
2. Editable project file and any custom graphic assets
3. Time-stamped caption file (SRT)
4. Thumbnail image and SEO-ready title/description copy
