Hotel Amenities Video Production

I need a videographer–editor who can cover our upcoming hotel-promotion event and turn the footage into a polished event video that spotlights the property’s amenities. This is not a generic corporate reel; it is an event video shot on-site during the promotion itself, so capturing the atmosphere, live interactions, and real-time demonstrations of rooms, spa, pool, dining areas, and other standout features is essential.

Here is what I’m after: you’ll be on location for the full day of the promotional event, filming everything from wide establishing shots to close-ups of key amenities. Afterwards, you will handle all post-production—colour correction, tasteful transitions, licensed background music, lower-third titles, and a clean mix of natural sound—so the final piece feels vibrant yet elegant, in line with our brand.

Deliverables
• One master edit of 2–3 minutes showcasing hotel amenities
• A shorter cutdown (≈30 seconds) optimised for social platforms
• All raw footage supplied on a shared drive

I am open to creative suggestions on shot lists or editing style as long as the finished work clearly conveys the hotel’s luxury and warmth.
